Position: Relationship Manager / Senior Relationship Manager

Experience Required:

Minimum 1 year of experience in the Health Insurance Agency Channel is mandatory.

Job Responsibilities:

• Recruit, manage, and develop health insurance agents/advisors.
• Drive business through the agency channel.
• Maintain strong relationships with agents and ensure regular business generation.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
• Conduct training and motivational sessions for advisors.
• Support agents in closing business and resolving customer queries.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary hike of 15% to 20% on current CTC.
• Unlimited monthly incentives up to 1 lakh.
• 5,000 monthly travelling allowance.
• Group Medical Coverage (GMC) of 2 lakh.
• Personal Accidental Coverage of 10 lakh.
