Job Description
Job Purpose
The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing a team of 1020 individuals within an E-commerce BPO environment. The primary focus is to ensure high-quality delivery, manage client relationships, and optimizing processes to provide world-class experience to customers and sellers.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of 1020 members, acting as the primary point of contact for the client.
- Operations & Delivery: Device workflow-based instructions for reports and oversee implementation to ensure successful delivery within stipulated timelines and with high accuracy.
- Process Improvement: Identify automation opportunities within the process and apply logical reasoning to enhance data interpretation and workflow efficiency.
- Client Relations: Establish and maintain productive relationships with sellers/partners and remain sensitive to customer goals.
- Reporting & Analysis: Use Advanced Excel and Google search skills to analyze data as required by the client and document the scope and limitations of tasks.
- Planning: Handle delivery planning and routine team management to meet tight deadlines under pressure.
