Job Title: QA Team Lead

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and audit customer interactions for quality compliance
  • Analyze performance metrics and share insights
  • Conduct calibrations to maintain scoring consistency
  • Provide coaching and feedback to improve team performance
  • Handle escalations and identify improvement areas
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet quality goals

Requirements

  • 1-4 years of QA experience with 1+ year in a Team Lead role
  • Atleast 1 year of International voice Experience
  • Strong communication, analytical, and coaching skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
