Position Overview:
We are seeking a strategic thinker with a relatable knowledge of e-commerce. The ideal candidate will manage and optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and daily operations across online platforms, ensuring product accuracy, availability, competitive pricing, and a seamless customer experience.
This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will also support ad-hoc business needs, contribute to process improvements, and identify growth opportunities to enhance customer experience and drive online sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate product listings, pricing strategies, for day-to-day operations across e-commerce platforms
- Ensure product accuracy, availability, competitive pricing, and a seamless online customer experience
- Contribute to process improvements, support promotional campaigns, and identify growth opportunities to drive online sales performance
- Continuously strive to provide a world-class experience to internal and external customers
- Liaise with other departments, such as the product team and the project team, as required, to highlight issues
- Demonstrates the ability to work independently while using the clients knowledge base resources, policies, and procedures
- Maintains high performance metrics such as quality, productivity, first contact resolution, and attendance
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Technical Skills:
- Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and basic formulas
- Experience with data visualization tools - Microsoft PowerPoint
- Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal & written communications in English
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in any discipline
- 0-1 year of relevant experience in an e-commerce or product operations role
- Experience with product management tools or ERP/e-commerce backend systems is a plus
Core Competencies
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities to address complex pricing scenarios
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Work Arrangements
- Work Schedule: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM IST (Night shift to support international clients if required)
- Location: Mumbai office - Work from Office (WFO) only
