Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Manager with a proven track record in the BPO industry. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication, logical reasoning, and team management skills. You will lead a team in achieving and enabling the successful delivery of our clients business goals while thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management & Leadership:
- Lead, motivate, and build a high-performing team to deliver excellent results.
- Foster collaboration and resolve conflicts to maintain a positive team dynamic.
- Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate skill development.
- Client Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions effectively to clients.
- Goal Achievement:
- Develop and implement strategies to meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
- Align team efforts to achieve client-specific business objectives.
- Problem Solving & Decision Making:
- Utilize logical reasoning to analyze complex problems and identify actionable solutions.
- Make informed decisions under pressure to ensure timely project delivery.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Prepare detailed reports and insights using Excel for both internal and client presentations.
- Leverage data to identify trends, optimize processes, and drive performance improvements.
- Process Optimization:
- Ensure efficient workflow management and adherence to best practices.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance processes to improve productivity and client satisfaction.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in the BPO industry with a focus on team management and client management.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to interact with clients and team members effectively.
- Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven expertise in team building and management.
- Demonstrated ability to perform under tight deadlines and deliver results.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, reporting, pivot tables, etc.).
- A strategic mindset with a focus on achieving business goals and driving team success.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on cross-functional projects or with international clients.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
- Certification in leadership or team management is a plus.
