About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager with 5+ years of experience in B2B content marketing, demand generation, and brand building. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving integrated digital marketing initiatives across global markets, with a strong focus on content strategy, social media growth, webinars, and brand visibility. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities who can collaborate across teams to create impactful campaigns that drive engagement, lead generation, and business growth.


Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing & Demand Generation

  • Plan and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, website, webinars, and virtual events.
  • Drive demand generation initiatives to improve pipeline growth and audience engagement.
  • Support brand awareness and lead generation campaigns across global markets.

Content Marketing

  • Own and manage blogs, newsletters, webinars, content creation, and content marketing initiatives across online channels.
  • Develop high-quality marketing assets including thought leadership content, campaign collateral, and webinar materials.
  • Manage editorial calendars and ensure consistent brand messaging across platforms.

Social Media Strategy

  • Develop and scale social media strategy with a focus on engagement, brand visibility, and audience growth.
  • Manage content calendar planning, execution, and campaign performance optimization.
  • Drive LinkedIn growth initiatives, including organic and paid campaigns.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including LoBs, Sales, Design, Content, and HR teams to execute marketing programs.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and assets.

Analytics & Optimization

  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, social media insights, and marketing dashboards.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and improve marketing effectiveness
  • Leverage AI tools and marketing technologies to streamline campaign execution and content creation.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing / Content Marketing roles.
  • Experience working with global markets (US/EU).
  • Exposure to Technology, IT Services, or Consulting industry.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn growth and paid acquisition campaigns.
  • Experience managing end-to-end brand transformation initiatives.
