Job Description (JD) Sales and Marketing Executive / Business Associate (L1)

Role Objective

Responsible for lead generation, client handling, pipeline management, proposal coordination, and

supporting business growth through effective sales and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

Generate business leads through calls, references, networking, and site visits.
Handle and qualify assigned and self-generated leads.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and requirement discussions.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Coordinate with estimation/design teams for proposal preparation.
Ensure timely submission and follow-up of proposals.
Maintain regular communication and follow-up with clients.
Support senior team during negotiation and closure stages.
Maintain daily reports, pipeline trackers, and MIS updates.
Coordinate internally with estimation, design, accounts, and project teams.
Achieve monthly sales and pipeline targets.
Follow company sales processes and reporting systems.

Qualification

Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
