Job Description (JD) Sales and Marketing Executive / Business Associate (L1)


Role Objective

Responsible for lead generation, client handling, pipeline management, proposal coordination, and

supporting business growth through effective sales and marketing activities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate business leads through calls, references, networking, and site visits.
  • Handle and qualify assigned and self-generated leads.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and requirement discussions.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Coordinate with estimation/design teams for proposal preparation.
  • Ensure timely submission and follow-up of proposals.
  • Maintain regular communication and follow-up with clients.
  • Support senior team during negotiation and closure stages.
  • Maintain daily reports, pipeline trackers, and MIS updates.
  • Coordinate internally with estimation, design, accounts, and project teams.
  • Achieve monthly sales and pipeline targets.
  • Follow company sales processes and reporting systems.

Qualification

Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
