About the Role
We are hiring a Service Delivery Data & Analytics professional to support the execution of complex customer engagements in the airline domain.
This role combines hands-on technical expertise with delivery ownership, requiring close collaboration with customers and internal teams to design, build, and deliver scalable data and analytics solutions. You will contribute to technical design, development, and execution while ensuring high-quality delivery outcomes.
Depending on experience, you will take ownership of defined workstreams and work closely with senior leaders on solution shaping and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Delivery Support
- Participate in customer discussions to understand requirements and constraints
- Act as a technical point of contact for assigned delivery workstreams
- Build strong relationships with customer technical stakeholders
- Support solution design and estimation activities
Hands-On Technical Execution
- Contribute to design and implementation of data and analytics solutions
- Develop production-quality code using Java and Python
- Collaborate with engineering teams on implementation and design decisions
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across systems and integrations
- Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, and reliability standards
Delivery Execution
- Execute assigned delivery scopes such as implementations, enhancements, or migrations
- Support planning, tracking, and execution of workstreams
- Identify risks and raise issues proactively
- Ensure alignment with architecture, timelines, and delivery expectations
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and SRE teams
- Contribute feedback based on delivery and customer experience
- Support continuous improvement of tools, processes, and delivery practices
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in Java development with working knowledge of Python
- Exposure to cloud-native architectures (Kubernetes, Docker, microservices)
- Understanding of data platforms, streaming, and event-driven systems
- Strong SQL skills with experience in relational and NoSQL databases
- Experience working with API-based integrations
- Airline industry experience (mandatory)
