Role & responsibilities

Needs to work in UK time zone

ServiceNow Developer with strong experience in ITSM and CMDB modules to join a UK-based client project.

The ideal candidate needs excellent communication skills and comfort working in a client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, particularly ITSM and CMDB

Implement workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations

Manage and maintain CMDB data models, relationships, and data integrity

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues efficiently
