Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Assist in managing backend operations of an ecommerce website, including inventory management, order processing, and shipping.
Provide excellent customer service through email support to resolve customer queries and concerns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and optimize business processes.
Maintain accurate records of sales data, inventory levels, and customer interactions.

Job Requirements :

0-3 years of experience in back office or logistics role in the retail industry.
Strong understanding of ecommerce operations, including order fulfillment and shipping processes.
Excellent communication skills in English for effective customer interaction via email.
