Job Description

We are looking for a Python Developer with strong Python fundamentals, database knowledge, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities. The candidate should also possess a basic understanding of prompt engineering and AI tools to support automation and operational efficiency.

Experience Required

Minimum 2 years of experience in Python development, scripting, automation, or backend/data-related work.

Required Skills

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in:

• Python core concepts
• Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs)
• Data Structures & Algorithms
• Debugging and code optimization
• SQL and relational databases such as MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL/MariaDB
• Writing, optimizing, and understanding database queries
• Problem analysis and solution design
• Basic prompt engineering and effective usage of AI tools

Roles & Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Developing and maintaining Python scripts and applications
• Analyzing issues and identifying root causes
• Working with databases for validation, reporting, and data analysis
• Writing clean, reusable, scalable, and maintainable code
• Supporting automation initiatives and process improvements
• Collaborating with internal teams for technical solutions
• Preparing basic technical documentation whenever required
