Required Qualifications Skills

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field

5-9 years of hands-on experience in software testing, with a strong focus on Automation Testing

Proven experience working as a Senior Automation Engineer or equivalent role in enterprise-scale applications

Strong programming skills in one or more languages such as Java, Python, or C#, with solid understanding of OOP concepts

Extensive hands-on experience with automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, TestComplete, or similar

Experience automating web, API, and/or mobile applications across multiple platforms and browsers

Strong expertise in writing complex SQL queries and working with databases such as Snowflake, Redshift, Oracle, databricks, or SQL-based systems

Excellent understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC/STLC, test design techniques, and QA best practices

Experience working with version control systems (eg, Git) and CI/CD tools (eg, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)

Required Qualifications Skills

Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Ability to work independently and take ownership of automation initiatives in in a a fast-paced Agile environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams

Experience in Agile/Scrum environments with exposure to test planning and estimation

Knowledge of performance testing tools and concepts is an added advantage

ISTQB, CSTE, CSQA, or other relevant testing/automation certifications are a strong plus
