Job Description
Team:Lijo
Location:Bangalore/Kochi
Key Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end testing of ETL and MDM solutions, from source systems to downstream applications.
- Design and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test data for ETL, MDM, and data validation.
- Validate data ingestion, transformation, matching, merging, survivorship, and publishing in Reltio MDM.
- Test batch and incremental ETL loads , ensuring data completeness and integrity.
- Perform data quality checks including duplicates, hierarchy validation, reference data validation, and business rule verification.
- Validate MDM object models , relationships, crosswalks, and survivorship rules.
- Execute API testing for Reltio inbound/outbound integrations.
- Perform SQL-based data validation across source, staging, and target systems.
- Identify, log, track, and retest defects using defect management tools.
- Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, developers, and product owners to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
- Support UAT and regression testing cycles.
- Ensure testing aligns with data governance, security, and compliance standards.
Required Skills Qualifications
- 3 6 years of experience in ETL Testing and Data Warehouse testing .
- Strong hands-on experience with Reltio MDM testing.
- Solid understanding of MDM concepts : golden record, matching merging, survivorship, hierarchies, and reference data.
- Proficiency in SQL for complex data validation.
- Experience testing ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, DataStage, SSIS, or similar).
- Experience validating REST APIs (Postman, REST Assured, or similar).
- Strong understanding of data mapping and transformation logic .
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Good to Have
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience working in Data Migration project.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and test automation for data testing.
- Basic knowledge of Python or scripting for data validation.
- Domain Expertise
- Mandatory experience in the Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical domain.
- Good understanding of healthcare/customer master data processes.
- Strong knowledge of MDM entity types such as: Customer, Organization, Product, Payer Related healthcare and commercial entities
- Understanding of healthcare data hierarchies, affiliations, and relationship management concepts.
- Good knowledge of GxP compliance concepts and regulated environment processes within the Life Sciences industry.
- Exposure to data governance and data quality practices in regulated pharmaceutical environments is preferred.
- Knowledge in SQL to run the query and do the data analysis without any dependency.
