Job Role: Insurance Sales Executive Life & General Insurance

Client: Unity Small Finance Bank

Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai

Job Description:-

We are hiring candidates for Insurance Sales roles in Life Insurance and General Insurance for Unity Small Finance Bank at the Turbhe, Navi Mumbai location. The candidate will be responsible for generating insurance sales, handling customer interactions, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Promote and sell Life Insurance and General Insurance products
• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable insurance solutions
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer servicing
• Maintain compliance with banking and insurance processes

Eligibility Criteria:-

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Banking/BFSI Sales
• Graduation is mandatory
• Good communication skills with Versant Level 5 proficiency
• Strong sales and customer handling skills

Salary & Benefits:-

• CTC: 3.25 LPA
• In-hand Salary: Approx. 28,000 per month

Work Schedule:

• Rotational weekly offs
