Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Pre-Sales Executive to drive brand visibility and lead generation during the pre-launch phase of upcoming Cult.fit centers. The role primarily focuses on BTL (Below-The-Line) marketing activities, pamphlet distribution, kiosk management, and walk-in engagement while the center is under development.
Role & responsibilities
- Execute BTL marketing activities in nearby residential and commercial areas.
- Distribute pamphlets and promotional materials to generate awareness and leads.
- Set up and manage on-ground kiosks near the upcoming center location.
- Attend and engage walk-in prospects at the kiosk.
- Explain Cultfit membership plans, offers, and benefits to potential customers.
- Capture and maintain lead data.
- Coordinate with leads for follow-ups and conversions.
- Support pre-launch promotional campaigns and local activations.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate / Undergraduate (preferred).
- Minimum 1-3 year of experience in sales, field marketing, or promotional activities.
- Comfortable with fieldwork and outdoor marketing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven mindset with high energy levels.
- Comfortable with shift timings of 1pm to 10pm
