Job Description

An Art Field Executive is a hybrid sales and marketing role bridging the creative sector with on-the-ground lead generation. Typically representing art academies, galleries, or interior design firms, these executives travel to build brand awareness, meet clients, and drive enrollments or art sales.

Responsibilities

Direct Outreach: Conduct door-to-door visits and field research within assigned territories.
Lead Generation: Pitch professional courses, gallery artworks, or custom interior murals to potential clients, parents, and businesses.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain networks with prospective buyers, interior designers, and architects.
Reporting: Document daily visits, share lead data with the admissions or sales teams, and track progress against targets.

Typical Requirements

Education: MIn HS
Skills: Strong communication, convincing skills, and a basic understanding of art concepts or design programs.
Attributes: High energy, willingness to travel locally, and a results-driven mindset. Role & responsibilities
