Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead the design of SAP Employee Central (EC) solutions for clients, ensuring successful implementation and maintenance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop business cases, and create technical designs for EC projects.
Provide expert guidance on SAP EC best practices, configuration options, and integration with other HCM modules such as Payroll Processing (PP), Time Management (TM), Benefits Administration (BA).
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies to ensure timely delivery of EC projects.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies throughout the entire lifecycle of an EC project.
