Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Lead and own complete project lifecycle from initiation to closure by defining scope, timelines, cost, and quality baselines while ensuring on-time delivery, high customer satisfaction, and alignment with business objectives.
- Leverage AI and GenAI tools to enhance project planning, estimation, predictive risk management, and automated reporting while applying data-driven insights to improve decision-making and reduce manual effort.
- Drive Agile and hybrid delivery models by conducting key ceremonies, managing iterative execution, and tracking performance metrics such as sprint velocity and deliverable progress for consistent execution.
- Establish a proactive risk and issue management framework by identifying, analyzing, and mitigating risks using predictive techniques while effectively managing dependencies, escalations, and resolutions.
- Manage stakeholder communication across clients, leadership, and cross-functional teams by providing concise, data-driven updates and translating technical insights into business value.
- Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, QA, DevOps, and AI domains by resolving blockers, driving collaboration, and ensuring effective alignment toward project goals.
- Define and monitor key delivery metrics including predictability, quality, and productivity while enabling governance through structured reviews, reporting cadence, and dashboard-driven insights
- Utilize project management and AI-enabled tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, and automation platforms to implement real-time tracking, improve transparency, and enhance delivery efficiency.
- Drive continuous sales enablement by actively participating in and contributing to relevant training programs.
- Support development of marketing and solution collateral to effectively position IP offerings.
- Lead and manage critical client interactions, including high-impact calls and onsite visits, to articulate and pitch IP solutions.
Demonstrate solution capabilities by confidently delivering end-to-end demos to strategic and high-priority customers.

- Drive adoption of advanced AI and GenAI capabilities including prompt engineering and tools such as ChatGPT/Copilot to enhance productivity and define strategic AI integration within delivery workflows.
- Apply predictive and data analytics techniques for forecasting, resource optimization, and scenario-based decision-making to improve project outcomes and planning accuracy.
- Lead automation initiatives across reporting, monitoring, and operational workflows to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enable continuous process improvement
- Leverage domain expertise in areas such as cloud, SaaS, embedded systems, or digital transformation programs to contribute to context-aware planning and execution.
- Apply structured approaches such as root cause analysis, process optimization, and delivery excellence frameworks to strengthen quality, predictability, and operational effectiveness.
- Possess relevant certifications such as PMP, CSM, SAFe, or AI/Data Analytics credentials while maintaining a continuous learning mindset for evolving technologies.

- Technical: Demonstrate strong understanding of SDLC, working knowledge of AI/ML tools, and proficiency in project management platforms for execution and governance.
