Job Description
Skills Required:
- Expertise in machine learning is required to design and optimize advanced models
- Strong background in Generative AI is essential for developing next-generation products
- Experience with Large Language Models, including fine-tuning and prompt engineering, is critical for building robust AI solutions
Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the end-to-end lifecycle of complex data science projects from ideation and prototyping to production deployment and monitoring
- Design, build, and optimize advanced machine learning models demonstrating deep understanding of algorithms and statistical principles
- Develop and implement solutions using Large Language Models including fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems
- Contribute to the technical roadmap for AI/ML initiatives ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Mentor junior data scientists and engineers to foster technical excellence and innovation
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Product, Engineering, and Business to identify opportunities and translate requirements into AI solutions
- Stay current with advancements in AI/ML research and apply novel techniques to practical problems
- Champion best practices for MLOps, model validation, and ethical AI implementation in projects
