Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Data Scientist where you will leverage your expertise in ML Ops Machine Learning Artificial Intelligence and Natural Language Processing to drive impactful solutions in the Payer domain. With a hybrid work model and day shifts you will contribute to innovative projects that enhance our companys offerings and positively impact society.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement machine learning models to solve complex problems within the Payer domain
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems
  • Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and drive data-driven decision making
  • Design and optimize ML Ops pipelines to ensure efficient deployment and monitoring of models
  • Apply natural language processing techniques to enhance data interpretation and customer interactions
  • Conduct research to stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI technologies
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in data science and AI implementations
  • Utilize advanced statistical methods to validate model performance and improve accuracy
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders to support strategic initiatives
  • Collaborate with product teams to align AI solutions with business objectives and customer needs
  • Drive innovation by exploring new methodologies and tools to enhance data science capabilities
  • Contribute to the development of scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong expertise in ML Ops Machine Learning Artificial Intelligence and Natural Language Processing
  • Demonstrate experience in the Payer domain understanding its unique challenges and opportunities
  • Hold a minimum of 6 years of experience in data science roles with a proven track record of successful projects
  • Exhibit proficiency in programming languages such as Python and R for data analysis and model development
  • Showcase ability to work in a hybrid environment balancing remote and in-office collaboration effectively
  • Display excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Have a strong foundation in statistical analysis and data visualization techniques
  • Show commitment to continuous learning and staying abreast of industry trends and advancements
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Possess experience in deploying machine learning models in production environments
  • Exhibit familiarity with cloud platforms and tools for scalable data processing and model deployment
  • Hold relevant certifications in data science or AI to validate expertise and commitment to professional growth
  • Demonstrate ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team to achieve project goals.
