Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business development strategies for US IT Staffing services.
  • Identify, target, and acquire new direct clients, MSPs, and implementation partners.
  • Generate and manage IT staffing requirements for contract, C2C, W2, and full-time hiring.
  • Build long-term relationships with hiring managers, procurement teams, and decision-makers.
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions.
  • Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to account closure.
  • Drive revenue growth and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain sales pipeline, forecasting, and CRM reports.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging staffing opportunities.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience in US IT Staffing/Recruitment Business Development.
  • Expertise in direct client acquisition and account management.
  • Good understanding of MSP/VMS staffing models.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Experience in lead generation, cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities.
  • Strong knowledge of US work authorizations (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC, EAD).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and recruitment/staffing technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in US IT Staffing Business Development.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Existing network of direct clients and vendor contacts in the US market.
  • Experience managing offshore recruitment delivery teams.
  • Knowledge of current IT technologies and hiring trends.
