Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Learning and Development (LD) professional to join our team at CGI Information Systems and Management Consultants. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in learning and development, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive learning strategies to enhance employee performance and productivity.
- Design and deliver training programs tailored to meet the organization's needs.
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars to engage employees and promote knowledge sharing.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.
Job Requirements
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
- Experience with learning management systems and e-learning platforms.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
