Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end solution and data architecture across HSBC Private Banking platforms, ensuring seamless integration between core banking, CRM, digital channels, and data platforms.
This role is responsible for enabling a connected, real-time, and data-driven ecosystem that supports Relationship Managers (RMs), client servicing, and advanced analytics by bridging business requirements, system architecture, and data strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Define end-to-end architecture across business, application, and data layers aligned to wealth use cases
Design and govern integration across core banking (e.g. Avaloq), CRM, digital channels, and middleware
Establish API-led, microservices, and event-driven integration patterns for scalable and reusable services
Enable real-time and batch data flows across front-to-back wealth platforms
Design data architecture including data lake, operational data stores, and data pipelines (ETL/streaming)
Define data models for client, portfolio, and transaction domains supporting business use cases
Establish and manage master data and golden source strategy (Client 360)
Implement data governance, lineage, and data quality controls to ensure trusted data
Translate business requirements into scalable solution and data designs
Identify and manage cross-system dependencies, integration risks, and legacy constraints
Collaborate with engineering teams on API development, microservices, and data pipelines
Partner with data and analytics teams to enable reporting, insights, and AI use cases
Provide architecture governance and design authority oversight, ensuring adherence to standards
Guide vendors and internal teams on architecture best practices and solution design
Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and data policies
15 - 18 years of experience in solution architecture, data architecture, or enterprise architecture
Strong experience in Wealth Management / Private Banking domain
Deep understanding of core banking, CRM, and digital banking ecosystems
Proven expertise in system integration, APIs, microservices, and data platforms
Experience working in complex, multi-system and multi-region environments
