Support Engineer @ GSPANN

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for Retail Store operations, including POS systems and peripheral devices
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to POS, Pin Pads, Printers, scanners, and other store devices
• Handle and manage Major Incidents following established Incident Management processes
• Monitor, log, and resolve incidents and service requests using ITSM tools
• Perform basic troubleshooting for network-related issues (LAN, connectivity, peripherals)
• Support Active Directory tasks such as user access, password resets, and group management
• Assist with basic Azure administration and access-related issues
• Ensure adherence to ITSM frameworks and support processes
• Communicate effectively with store users, vendors, and internal teams
• Participate in 24/7 shift-based support, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in Retail IT Support / Store Support environment
• Strong troubleshooting experience with POS and retail hardware
• Knowledge of Major Incident Management processes
• Hands-on experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Azure
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 support mode
