Artificial Intelligence Engineer @ GSPANN

Job Description

Role & responsibilities :

• Design, build and maintain the AI application platform, including RAG pipelines, multimodel gateway, MCP tools, and agentic workflows.
• Develop secure and scalable chat interfaces (OpenWebUI or custom).
• Own production readiness: IaC, CI/CD, Kubernetes deployment, and reliability.
• Implement observability, monitoring, logging, and troubleshoot performance issues.
• Optimize infrastructure and model costs.
• Ensure governance, security, and compliance for AI systems.

Collaborate with product, data, infra, and security teams

Preferred candidate profile :

• Strong experience with RAG systems, vector databases, embeddings.
• Knowledge of multimodel gateways and agent frameworks (n8n, MCP).
• Proficiency in Python and API-based microservices.
• Hands-on with CI/CD, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with observability tools

Strong understanding of security, access control, and governance in AI systems.
