Job Position: Project Manager- Ecommerce
Experience: 12+ Yrs
Work Location: Hyderabad
Skills: Project Management, Stakeholder & Client Management, Agile, Exp. in an any E-commerce platform (SFCC, Shopify, Magento (Adobe Commerce), SAP Commerce (Hybris), BigCommerce), OMS knowledge , Good Communication skills
Availability to join: Immediate to 30 Days(Max)
Role & responsibilities
- Manage full lifecycle of ecommerce projects, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-launch support
- Work closely with clients, business stakeholders, and internal teams to define scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Lead cross-functional teams including developers, QA, UX/UI designers, and digital marketing specialists
- Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget
- Track project progress using Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or similar platforms
- Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and proactively drive resolution
- Drive continuous improvement in ecommerce performance, usability, and conversion rates
- Prepare and present regular status reports to stakeholders and leadership
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong experience in ecommerce or digital project management, preferably in a services/consulting environment
- Strong experience with any ecommerce platforms such as SFCC (preferred), Shopify, Magento (Adobe Commerce), SAP Commerce (Hybris), or similar
- Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
- Should have OMS background as well. Preferably IBM Sterling OMS
- Should have Production Support background as PM has to manage Maintenance project (Support and Enhancements).
- Experience working with global clients and distributed teams
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
