Role & responsibilities


Key Responsibilities

  • Escalated Support: Resolve complex technical incidents and service requests escalated by Level 1 support.
  • Hardware/Software Maintenance: Install, configure, and upgrade desktop/laptop hardware, operating systems (Windows/Mac), and applications.
  • Active Directory Management: Manage user accounts, security groups, permissions, and profiles in Active Directory (AD) and Azure AD.
  • Troubleshooting: Perform in-depth diagnostics on network connectivity, printer issues, and software application errors.
  • Remote/On-site Support: Provide support via remote tools or in-person for office-based and remote employees.
  • Deployment: Handle software deployments, patches, and system imaging (e.g., SCCM).
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all troubleshooting activities in the IT ticketing system and update knowledge base articles. Naukri.com +6
