Role Description :
- The role of a Delivery Manager is pivotal in guaranteeing the efficient planning, execution,and completion of projects within an organization.
- This position encompasses thesupervision of project teams, the management of client relationships, and the assurancethat projects are delivered within specified timelines and budgets.
- Collaborating closelywith cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and variousstakeholders, the Delivery Manager strives to achieve the successful culmination ofprojects.
Role Responsibility :
- Manage/Lead the end-to enddelivery of data and analyticsprojects from initiation tocompletion.
- Primary liaison coordinatingwith Customer/Onsite Architectfor overall execution of theproject.

Role Requirement :
- - Proven ability to lead Data Analyticsprojects and ensure objectives, goals, andcommitments are met.
- - Substantial experience in Data Analyticspractice in areas of data engineering (hands-onwork with data pipelines, ETL processes, anddata warehousing), BI Visualization andAdvanced Analytics.
- - Knowledge of data analytics tools andtechnologies to effectively communicate withthe technical team.
- - Strong interpersonal skills includingmentoring, coaching, collaborating, and teambuilding.

- - Assists in resolving issuesidentified by the project team(Technical, logistics,infrastructure, environment etc.)
- - Ensure prompt communicationto Customer in case of delayswith adequate supportingreasons for the delay.

- - Support the communicationplan and activities.
- - Supports PMO project statusupdates to the SteeringCommittee on a regular basisand follow escalation pathappropriately.
- - Works with Project Manager toassign resources for projects.
- - Bring thought leadership andinnovative ideas to build trustand relationship with internaland external stakeholders.
- - Drive continuous improvementinitiatives to enhance theefficiency and effectiveness ofdata and analytics deliveryprocesses.
- - Excellent oral and written communicationsskills and experience interacting with bothbusiness and IT individuals at all levelsincluding the executive level.
- - Strong leadership skills to guide the team andmotivate them towards project objectives.
