Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager / Project Manager with strong expertise in Software Product Delivery and mandatory experience in the Insurance domain. The ideal candidate should have proven experience managing multiple global client projects, stakeholder communication, delivery management, and Agile execution.
Candidates with technical exposure in Oracle or Java and hands-on coding knowledge will be preferred.
Role & responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple client projects across global locations
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality
- Handle project planning, tracking, monitoring, and status reporting
- Drive Agile project execution and manage sprint activities
- Manage project risks, escalations, and delivery dependencies
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage project cost, resource utilization, and delivery timelines
- Lead and mentor teams to ensure high performance and accountability
- Take ownership of delivery commitments and ensure successful execution
Mandatory Skills
- Strong experience in Software Product Delivery
- Mandatory experience in Insurance domain
- Strong stakeholder and client management skills
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent delivery management and reporting skills
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication and people management skills
- Strong ownership and proactive approach
Preferred Technical Skills
- Java / J2EE
- Oracle
- Agile Tools (JIRA, Confluence)
- SDLC & Delivery Management
- Hands-on coding exposure preferred
