Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee end-to-end execution of home automation projects, from planning to commissioning.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, consultants, and contractors to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Lead a team of engineers, technicians, and subcontractors, ensuring smooth project execution.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance.
- Conduct site visits, risk assessments, and troubleshooting during project execution.
- Work closely with the sales and technical teams to provide technical expertise during pre-sales discussions.
- Evaluate and implement new automation technologies to enhance project efficiency and innovation.
- Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management and clients. Required Skills Qualifications:

- 6+ years of experience in home automation, smart building solutions, or IoT-based automation projects.
- Strong knowledge of KNX, Zigbee, Z-Wave, and other automation protocols.
- Expertise in HVAC, lighting, security, and AV integration within home automation systems.
- Proven experience in project management, stakeholder coordination, and team leadership.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills.
