Job Description
- Lead and coordinate projects that span offices, product areas, and time zones, ensuring all players are aligned on progress and deadlines.
- Architect scalable processes and introduce governance frameworks to reduce organizational complexity and improve global communication.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product Leads to accelerate organizational execution and drive high-priority initiatives.
- Manage portfolio planning and prioritization, including roadmap/objectives and key results (OKR) planning, milestones, and software schedules.
- Advocate the use of AI best practices and tools to automate workflows, reduce manual labor, and enhance overall program efficiency.
- Drive alignment across teams, organizations, and Product Areas to reach consensus on product direction, key business metrics, and technical feasibility.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in program management, with expertise in predictive risk management, resource estimation, and global stakeholder steering.
- Proficiency in leveraging AI tools and frameworks to automate workflows, enhance data-driven decision-making, and accelerate program execution.
- Track record of managing portfolio planning and roadmap prioritization, ensuring alignment between engineering, product, and executive north star metrics.
- Ability to apply technical judgment to navigate engineering scope, assess feasibility, and manage dependencies across a global stack.
- Experience navigating large-scale, fast-paced engineering organizations with intricate dependencies and cross-site partners.
