We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our Field Sales Team department as a Team Lead in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team of professionals.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Field Sales - Delhi to ensure successful implementation of projects and initiatives
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve departmental goals and objectives
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members
- Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance team performance and productivity
- Build and maintain strong relationships
- Prepare and present reports on team performance and project outcomes to senior management
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field
- 3-4 years of experience in a leadership role in the Field Sales Team department
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving goals
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of project management principles and practices
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
