Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Technical Support Engineer to join our team at SISL Infotech Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical support and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Roles and Responsibility
  • Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement solutions for customer requests and concerns.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and services.
  • Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements to the support process.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and expertise.
