Provide technical assistance to end-users through phone, email, or in-person visits for hardware and software issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve desktop-related problems, including configuration, connectivity, and application issues.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops/laptops to ensure optimal performance and security.
Collaborate with other teams to identify root causes of recurring issues and implement solutions.
Job Requirements :
1-3 years of experience in IT support or related field.
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 7/8/10) and basic networking concepts.
Ability to troubleshoot common desktop/laptop hardware issues such as printers, audio/video devices, etc.
