System Engineer / Hardware Platform Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled System Engineer / Hardware Platform Engineer with a strong engineering background to support system-level validation, hardware debugging, and platform integration. The candidate will be responsible for qualifying PC systems, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and ensuring stable system performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform system qualification and validation for PCs, workstations, and hardware platforms
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to PC hardware components (CPU, chipset, memory, GPU, network cards)
• Work on platform architecture and system-level integration
• Install, configure, and debug Microsoft Windows (Client & Server) environments
• Investigate system crashes, logs, and performance issues
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and provide solutions
• Support driver, BIOS/UEFI, and firmware-related activities
• Work with server-client architecture and resolve basic networking issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution and system improvements

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of PC hardware (CPU, RAM, ROM, GPU, NIC)
• Understanding of system architecture and platform integration
• Experience with Windows OS debugging and system tools
• Knowledge of device drivers, BIOS/UEFI concepts
• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, LAN, DNS, DHCP)
• Hands-on troubleshooting and debugging skills
• Familiarity with system validation and testing methodologies
