Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive / Telecaller to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase sales revenue.
Identify new business opportunities through telecalling and cold calling.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets consistently.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in inside sales or telemarketing, preferably in the industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a team environment and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools.
Results-driven and motivated by sales targets.
