Job Description
- Design and implement comprehensive security solutions to protect against cyber threats.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for security protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Provide expert guidance on security best practices to junior team members.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the field of cybersecurity.
- Strong understanding of security principles, including threat analysis and risk management.
- Experience with security frameworks and standards, such as ISO 27001 or NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
- Proficiency in security tools and technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide and motivate junior team members.
