Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Exchange server knowledge

2. AD connects

3. Intune company portal (Knowledge on compliance policy, app protection policy and troubleshooting on Intune related issue )

4. Conditional access policy

5. ADFS and WAP knowledge

6. O365 administrator and troubleshooting

7. Security and compliance

8. Spam filter, malware, ATP Safe link policy

9. MS Teams,

10. MS outlook troubleshooting

11. Guest id knowledge

12.

Quarterly license usage report

13.

Enable 0365 licenses user ID creation, deletion, modification

14.

DL creation and modification

15.

Manage transport rules

Manage and enable DLP policy as per BSE requirement

17.

Create and manage MDM policies as per BSE requirement

18.

Coordinate with Microsoft for troubleshooting
