Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Perform initial inspection and basic troubleshooting of laptops/desktops

Install and configure operating systems (Windows/Linux)

Conduct hardware testing (RAM, HDD/SSD, motherboard, battery, etc.)

Clean, repair, and refurbish IT equipment

Perform data wiping as per company standards

Update service records and maintain inventory details

Support senior engineers in repair and testing activities

Ensure quality standards are met before dispatch

Preferred candidate profile

Basic knowledge of computer hardware and networking

Understanding of OS installation and drivers

Good problem-solving and learning attitude

Basic knowledge of MS Office tools

Ability to work in a team environment
