Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales / Tele Sales professional to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and excellent communication skills.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through tele sales calls.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients.
- Proven experience in inside sales or tele sales, preferably in the SALES industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
