Job Description
1. Coordinating with a List of Vendors for Incident resolution
2. Logging call with vendors after the first level of analysis of the incident
3. Escalation of user calls to hardware/software Suppliers if necessary
4. Maintaining a database of the various vendors with details like contact person, telephone nos, escalation matrix, response time & resolution time commitments, etc
5. Responsible for signing the right mix of sellers, building relationships with top brands and vendors, adding unique local selection, identifying and executing initiatives to boost growth, driving margin improvements and delivering top-notch customer experience. Coordinate with partners, vendors to track the adherence on project processes and ensure 100% compliance on all the compliances and SLAs as per contract.
6. Ensure 100% compliance with taxation, state tax forms, account receivables and payables, and periodic reconciliation with vendors
7. Maintain vendor data in vendor management databases to ensure they contain accurate information
8. Create and update records for all selected resources, including feedback from project teams and pricing details
9. Support vendors to make effective use of procurement facilities and provide support to sales in pre-sales and post sales activities during production to ensure that all customer requirements are met
