Job Description
Job Overview:
- We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Instructional Designer to design and develop engaging learning experiences
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end content development, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring high-quality delivery aligned with client requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze raw content and transform it into structured learning solutions Develop instructional content, including lesson plans and learning objectives
- Create detailed storyboards for eLearning modules Collaborate closely with graphic designers and content developers to bring concepts to life Conduct thorough reviews and quality analysis to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Manage end-to-end delivery of learning materials to clients Communicate effectively with clients to understand requirements and provide updates
- Coordinate with internal teams, managers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Plan and manage project schedules, timelines, and deliverables
- Provide regular status updates and proactively address risks or delays
Required Skills Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories Excellent content writing and storytelling skills
- Experience in storyboard creation and eLearning development
- Strong attention to detail and quality assurance mindset
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with eLearning tools is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in instructional design or eLearning development
- Familiarity with authoring tools (e g, Articulate, Captivate, etc)
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and clients
