- Understand current resource budget aligned with ongoing contracts and business pipeline
- Assess manpower requirements for new and existing delivery projects
- Plan and align workforce based on business demand and delivery commitments

Required Candidate profile

- Ensure optimal deployment to avoid under-utilization or overload
- Evaluate team structures, reporting lines, and span of control
- Review project-wise resource allocation and utilization
