Job Description
Role Overview
The Clinical HR role is responsible for managing the end-to-end HR lifecycle of doctors, consultants, DNB candidates, and junior doctors while ensuring seamless coordination between clinical teams and hospital administration. The role focuses on talent management, engagement, compliance, onboarding, and relationship management within the clinical workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete HR lifecycle for consultants, junior doctors, DNB candidates, and clinical staff including onboarding, documentation, engagement, and separation formalities.
- Coordinate with department heads and consultants for manpower planning, roster management, and hiring requirements.
- Ensure timely processing and maintenance of contracts, credentialing documents, medical registrations, and compliance records.
- Act as the primary HR point of contact for clinical teams, addressing queries, grievances, and engagement initiatives.
- Support DNB and junior doctor management including joining formalities, academic coordination, attendance tracking, and statutory documentation.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding and induction for new consultants and doctors to ensure seamless integration into the organization.
- Partner with operations and medical administration teams to ensure effective communication and coordination across departments.
- Drive employee engagement, welfare, and retention initiatives focused on the clinical workforce.
