Job Description

  • To further enhancethe quality, scope, and scale of our commercial and delivery capabilities, RevX is looking toexpand its leadership team with a strategic and execution-driven leader to head our Sales,Account Management, and Campaign Operations functions
  • This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, ensuring best-in-class campaigndelivery, and building long-term client partnerships across our programmatic DSP platform
  • Theideal candidate combines strong business ownership, deep programmatic expertise, data-drivendecision-making, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams toward shared growthobjectives

Primary Responsibilities

  • Own overall revenue growth, P&L performance, and business expansion across new and existing client portfolios.
  • Lead and scale Sales, Account Management, and Campaign Operations teams to deliver sustainable business growth and operational excellence.
  • Spearhead relationship-building with leading app advertisers and performance marketing agencies for User Acquisition, App Retargeting, and Performance Branding solutions through our programmatic DSP platform.
  • Drive new business acquisition while strengthening client retention and revenue expansion strategies.
  • Ensure successful execution, optimization, and scaling of campaigns through strong collaboration with Campaign Management teams.
  • Oversee campaign performance, delivery targets, and profitability through regular in-depth data analysis and reporting.
  • Establish scalable processes and best practices across sales, client success, and campaign operations workflows.
  • Understand, learn, and expand strategic action across advertiser app verticals, programmatic supply, data integration, deep linking, and dynamic creatives.
  • Collaborate closely with CM, AM, TSE, Design, Supply, Engineering, Product Management, and Finance teams to ensure seamless execution and client success.
  • Work with Product Management, Tech, and Data Science teams to provide market feedback and drive product and platform improvements.
  • Build, mentor, and develop high-performing teams while fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and collaboration.

Required Skills:

  • 8 to 12+ years of experience in AdTech, programmatic advertising, or performance marketingwith proven leadership experience.
  • Strong track record of owning revenue targets and driving business growth in programmaticor mobile advertising environments.
  • Experience managing Sales, Account Management, and/or Campaign Operations teams.
  • Deep understanding of in-app performance advertising and the programmatic RTBecosystem.
  • Strong knowledge of MMPs, SSPs, and other ecosystem players.
  • Advanced data interpretation and analytical skills with the ability to translate insights intobusiness strategy.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across multiple teams andregions.
  • Results-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High familiarity with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and data analysis tools (SQL/Pythonknowledge is a plus).
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) required.
