Position Description:

This role is responsible for overseeing omnichannel marketplace management and ensuring the sustained growth, efficiency, and health of the platform ecosystem. The incumbent will drive initiatives to enhance platform value , optimize seller and partner performance , and deliver a seamless, high-impact experience for both customers and partners across all channels.

Primary Responsibilities:

This role will play a pivotal role in shaping and expanding the programmatic marketplace for the mediasmart platform in India and SEA , driving growth through high-quality supply partnerships and robust data integrations.

The role responsibilities include, but are not limited to -

  • Premium Supply Curation : Strategically source, evaluate, and onboard high-value supply partners (SSPs, Exchanges, Direct Publishers) across key channels including CTV, Mobile App, and Web. Focus on optimizing auction dynamics, eliminating arbitrage, and securing unique inventory access. Omnichannel Supply Curation (Mobile, CTV, DOOH): Define the strategic roadmap for securing and scaling direct and programmatic inventory integrations across all core channels. Prioritize unique, high-impact supply that unlocks cross-device and Household Sync capabilities.
  • Data and Identity Strategy: Drive the strategy for identity, audience, and measurement data partnerships. This includes integrating and scaling privacy-compliant data assets (e.g., location, household data, clean rooms) to enhance targeting, personalization, and incrementality measurement for our DSP clients.
  • Market Intelligence and Compliance: Serve as the internal expert on the India supply and data landscape, ensuring the marketplace strategy proactively addresses industry challenges, including evolving regulatory compliance and fraud mitigation (e.g. adherence to IAB standards like Sellers.json).
  • Technical Integration and QA: Collaborate closely with Global Product and Engineering teams to define and execute the technical roadmap for partner integrations. Ensure partners adhere to best practices (e.g., Sellers.json, OpenRTB standards) to maximize quality and minimize latency.
  • Commercial Negotiation and Scaling: Lead all commercial negotiations for supply and data agreements. Structure deals (PMP, preferred rates, data licensing) that guarantee a high-quality, performant, and fraud-free marketplace while maximizing platform spend efficacy.
  • Marketplace Optimization: Own key platform metrics related to supply health, including fill rate, win rate, QPS management, and data usage efficiency. Implement strategies to drive client adoption of new supply/data features.
  • Adherence to Standards : Champion and enforce industry standards (e.g., IAB Tech Lab initiatives, global privacy regulations) across all partnerships to ensure platform integrity and client safety.
  • Global Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between local partners and global supply, product, and client services teams to ensure successful onboarding, activation, and adoption of new platform features.

Required Skills:

  • Experience: 8+ years of progressive experience in the AdTech/Programmatic domain, with a proven track record in strategic partnerships, business development, or supply management roles at a DSP, SSP, or major AdTech platform.
  • Technical Acumen: Deep working knowledge of programmatic protocols (OpenRTB), auction mechanics, header bidding, and identity resolution solutions.
  • Channel Expertise: Strong understanding of the India media landscape with specific expertise in high-growth channels like Connected TV (CTV) and Mobile App monetization/supply-side complexities.
  • Leadership and Communication: Exceptional negotiation skills and ability to build high-level commercial and technical relationships.
