Position Description:

The Growth Operations Analyst is responsible for developing and executing advanced growth strategies to help companies all around the world achieve their goals by iterating and conducting A/B experiments on key campaign components such as audiences, creatives and more. If you have experience working on the advertiser side, DSP or similar and would like to implement that knowledge while learning how the industry works, this might be just the opportunity you are looking for! This team works side by side with our Client Services team, operating the business and executing each and every campaign by leveraging our technology in the best possible way. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for the planning, execution and optimization of our campaigns using the wealth of mediasmarts programmatic tools at your fingertips.
  • Understand customers business and goals and ensure mediasmart campaigns are aligned to those. Design together and implement strategies to retain and grow our customers.
  • Provide the Client Services team with regular feedback of the campaign performance and key actionable items to communicate to the customer.
  • Extract and manipulate data, creating actionable recommendations for business decisions. This may include, but is not limited to, publishers, verticals, creatives, and internal workflow optimization through data insights.
  • Troubleshoot level-1 technical problems (Tracking, Supply, etc.), and work cross-functionally with sales and technical teams to ensure the proper campaign management outcome.

Required Skills:

  • +2 years managing campaigns on DSPs or similar media buying technologies.
  • Strong experience in the AdTech industry.
  • Natural problem solver, data-driven, and solution-oriented entrepreneur.
  • Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in completing tasks.
  • Good Communication skills
  • Experience optimizing App Promotion campaigns working with an MMP is a big plus!
