Job Description
About Position:
We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the end to end solution design for D365 CRM program. This role is responsible for translating complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and integrated CRM architectures, leveraging D365 CE, Power Platform, and Azure integration services across a multi region environment. The Solution Architect will act as the technical authority, ensuring alignment between business needs, platform capabilities, and enterprise architecture standards.

What You'll Do:
- Own the **overall solution architecture** for D365 CRM covering: Customer Service Field Service Contact Center Power Platform Extensions Define end to end architectures spanning: D365 CE / Dataverse Azure integration components External systems (ATEN, Atria, third party portals, databases) Design scalable and reusable **integration patterns** (API led, event driven, async).
- Define data models, security models, and environment strategies.
- Technical Leadership Lead technical design discussions and architecture reviews.
- Provide design guidance to: D365 CE developers Integration specialists Power Platform engineers DevOps engineers Review solution designs, customizations, and integrations for best practice compliance. Resolve complex technical challenges and design trade-offs.
- Integration & Azure Architecture Define integration architecture using: Azure API Management Azure Functions Service Bus App Services Ensure secure authentication and authorization (Azure AD, OAuth). Define monitoring, logging, and error handling strategies.
- Governance & ALM Define ALM strategy for: D365 CRM solutions Power Platform components Multi region deployments Ensure adherence to: Managed solution strategy CI/CD and DevOps practices Security, compliance, and audit requirements Support release planning and architectural sign off.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- 15+ years of IT experience with 7+ years in D365 CRM / CE architecture
- Strong hands on knowledge of: D365 CE (Customer Service, Field Service) Dataverse data and security model
- Proven experience designing **enterprise scale CRM solutions** Strong Azure architecture experience, especially integration services
- Experience in **multi region / multi market CRM implementations** Strong documentation skills (HLDs, LLDs, integration diagrams)
- Technical Skills D365 CE & Dataverse Azure Integration Services (APIM, Functions, Service Bus) Power Platform architecture Security & identity (Azure AD) Azure DevOps & ALM concepts
- Good to Have Experience with D365 Contact Center / Omnichannel Exposure to Power BI / analytics architecture Experience in regulated or global enterprise environments
