Stipend: 10,000 per month
Criteria: Minimum 70% aggregate in 10th, 12th, UG & PG

Educational Qualification: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree (MBA, PGDM) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A diploma in Personnel Management is also acceptable.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in posting job openings on various platforms
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates
- Maintain and update employee records and databases
- Assist with preparation of HR reports and documentation
- Support employee engagement activities and events
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
