Job Description

UPVC Area Sales Manager drives regional revenue for uPVC doors and windows by developing sales strategies, achieving targets, and building relationships with builders, architects, and dealers. Responsibilities include identifying new projects, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction in both retail and project segments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Target Achievement: Develop and execute strategies to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Business Development: Identify and secure new clients, including architects, builders, contractors, and developers.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with existing dealers and developers to encourage product recommendations.
  • Project & Retail Sales: Manage the full sales cycle for both residential/commercial projects and retail customers.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adjust sales strategies.
  • Technical Support: Understand uPVC technical aspects to resolve client queries.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, revenue, and collection to senior management. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 38 years of experience in sales, specifically in uPVC profiles, windows/doors, or the building materials industry.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is often preferred.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, closing, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of the local market and construction industry.
  • Tools: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
